Kellie Pickler And Kelly Clarkson

Well, when we first saw Kellie Pickler audition, she sang Kelly Clarkson's phenomenal hit, "Since U Been Gone." In my view, that's a sad and powerful song, and, now that a little time has passed, I can't help but consider that Kellie's moving interpretation of Kelly's song may have been influenced by the sad absence of her mother and father in her life.

Well, the truth is that it's actually often sadness and tragedy which are partially responsible for an artist's ability to move and inspire us. And based upon the web buzz which Kellie Pickler has so quickly engendered, it's safe to say that many were indeed moved.

So, it's also obvious that Kellie must be a fan of Ms. Clarkson, as she selected her song. And, you know, I'm always trying to add interesting and relevant content to this site. Thus, I found a video of Kelly Clarkson rocking, and, I mean ROCKING, out a version of Since U Been Gone Live VMA.
