Wow. In this emotional video Kellie talks about her sad feelings concerning her mother, Cynthia Malone, who used to be Cynthia Pickler.

Kellie says, addressing her mother:

“I don’t know why you want anything to do with me now. You never wanted anything to do with me my whole life.”

The audio on this gets a little splotchy, but, I think it’s an important video to see for all Kellie fans.

Well, as everybody now knows, Taylor Hicks is the new American Idol. Early on in the competition I didn’t think he had a chance. I thought that he was a little too original for mainstream tastes. I’m happy to report that I was wrong, and, on a side note, I now have the maturity to admit that I’ve been wrong many times in the past, and, you can bet I’ll be wrong a lot in the future. That’s just how life works.

Anyway, congrats to Taylor! WOOOOOOO! Soul Patrol!
